ESPHome 2021.11.0 released!

ESPHome 2021.11.0 has just been released. Some of the new features are support for the CSE7761 (as found inside the Sonoff Dual R3), ESP32 Camera Webserver, CAP1188 Captive Touch Sensor and Improv via serial.

Another nice feature is support for Home Assistants new Configuration URL. This allows for ESPHome devices to notify Home Assistant when the web_server is enabled and there will be a button in the Home Assistant device page to link directly to the web_server UI for your ESPHome device.
